When her parents asked her about the reason, she allegedly told them that her teacher used abusive language, mentally harassed her and threatened to beat her.To verify the child's claims, her parents secretly placed a small voice recorder in her school bag and sent her to school. After she returned home, they listened to the recording and allegedly found the teacher using abusive language and subjecting the child to harassment.The parents subsequently approached the Vijay Nagar police station and lodged a complaint along with the recording. During the investigation, police found the allegations prima facie credible and registered a case against the female teacher under relevant sections.
