Meanwhile, Andrew Tate openly bragged on social media about having “8 lives … 8 licenses and passports,” and evading authorities in multiple countries, according to the documents. Prosecutors also claim Andrew was in possession of a stash of travel documents from the UK, US, Estonia, Nigeria, Poland and the Pacific island nation of Vanuatu. The embassy is currently fighting the brothers’ bid to be released on bond as they seek to avoid extradition to the UK. The filing warns they pose a flight risk, citing dozens of post by Andrew that “demonstrate that he has access to multiple passports, and that he is willing to use false identities to evade law enforcement”. In one video, Andrew claimed if he was stopped by police, he would simply “pull out a licence from some random country” to hide his real identity. Most read in The Sun British prosecutors also allege there is “substantial grounds to believe that Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate would attempt to identify and interfere with witnesses if released”. Andrew Tate, 39, and his brother Tristan, 38, were arrested at a bare-knuckle boxing event in Miami on July 18. They are currently being held in secure housing in federal detention. Andrew described his Special Housing Unit (SHU) as “punitive housing for people who murder their cellmates“. He also claimed he was staying in “the worst possible conditions the US gov provides to terrorists and psychopaths”, before adding the inmate in the neighbouring cell was a “cannibal who screams throughout the night”. His only water source, he complains, is a shower and a “brown and filthy faucet” which has left him suffering “persistent stomach problems”. In another message on X, Andrew woefully claimed he had “no commissary. No visits. No contact with the outside world.” “I am an innocent until proven guilty extradition detainee. I’m wanted by a foreign state. I am an American citizen. WHY AM I HERE?” he demanded. The brothers are fighting extradition to the UK, where they face a total of 59 criminal charges, including rape, sex trafficking and offenses related to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography. A detention hearing has been scheduled for Thursday. British prosecutors say these latest charges were fast-tracked after authorities investigated claims made by another four victims. These new claims are part of a long-running international legal battle involving the Tates, spaning across the US, Britain and Romania. The pair are being criminally prosecuted over allegations which include having sex with a minor, trafficking minors, running an organised crime operation and money laundering. Andrew and Tristan have denied all charges against them.
