Target expected to offer a wide range of Pokémon 30th Anniversary products in November Leaked Target Black Friday sale is good news for Pokémon TCG fans Image: The Pokémon Company Sign in to your Polygon.com account It may not be November yet, but retailers are already planning how they'll handle the year's biggest shopping event: Black Friday. Target has offered Black Friday deals on the Pokémon trading card game in previous years, and 2026 looks to be no different. Here's what Pokémon fans can expect from the retailer next month. What Pokémon products is Target selling for Black Friday? The news is sourced from leaked internal Target communications shared by restock influencer BritBrat, who has a strong track record of reporting the retailer's TCG plans. Target locations are expected to receive shipments of the following products starting on Nov. 15: Pokémon 30th Anniversary Tins — $29.99 (MSRP: $21.99) Pokémon 30th Anniversary Booster Bundles — $31.99 (MSRP: $26.94) Pokémon 30th Anniversary Battle Decks — $24.99 (MSRP: $19.99) Pokémon 30th Anniversary Figure Boxes — $39.99 (MSRP: $29.99) The last item on the list likely refers to the upcoming Mew and Mewtwo Figure Collections, which are scheduled to drop on Nov. 6 alongside the much-hyped 30th Anniversary Ultra Premium Collection. Indeed, the leaked image of the apparent display for these Black Friday releases features a lower section with boxes that match the appearance of those specific products. The portable shelves also advertise Pokémon's Electronic Dance Music event, which still has a couple of dates left on the calendar. The 30th Anniversary TCG products won't be put up for sale until Nov. 27, which is Black Friday proper. So far, it doesn't seem like these products will be cheaper than they normally are. That's in contrast to last year, when Target offered two Pokémon TCG exclusive bundles for a decent price. Though Target charges a markup for its Pokémon TCG products, its prices are cheaper than some competitors and not more prone to price fluctuations than retailers like GameStop. It's still an (apparent) guaranteed drop date for a highly in-demand product that Target locations are struggling to keep on shelves. By that fact alone, the rumored Pokémon product display will motivate people to visit the store — and perhaps, while they're there, entice them to check out other Black Friday offerings. The leaked plans could change between now and Nov. 27, and individual stores may not all participate in the promotion. Other aspects, like product purchasing limits, can vary store-by-store as well.
