They did not provide further details.The Taliban have still brought no charges against Abdul Qadir and have instead pressured his family to drop the matter.The footage is the latest in a series of videos showing Taliban fighters shooting people with their hands tied. Similar footage has previously emerged from Panjshir, Andarab and Badakhshan, while the group has been accused of killing dozens of people they accused of working for opposition groups.
