Taal Volcano records 17 earthquakes in 24 hours
LUCENA CITY – Taal Volcano continues to exhibit seismic activity following a minor phreatomagmatic eruption recorded a week ago, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs). In its Friday morning bulletin, Phivolcs reported recording 17 volcanic earthquakes in the past 24 hours. Phivolcs data showed 117 volcanic earthquakes and 11 tremor episodes
