Suspect dead after West Texas shooting kills 1 and injures at least 9 others

Police say the suspect in a West Texas shooting that killed one person and injured at least nine others is dead. The shooter had been locked in a standoff Friday morning with police in Midland, Texas, hours after the shooting began.
