Survey: More Filipino families consider themselves ‘poor’ in Q2
MANILA, Philippines — Around 10.3 million Filipino families have now considered themselves poor in the second quarter of the year, according to the latest survey of Octa Research released on Thursday. In its Tugon ng Masa survey conducted from July 4 to 11, 2026, Octa Research said this is equivalent to 39 percent self-rated poverty
