For representational purpose Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd has completed its one-time settlement of legacy debt with all lenders ahead of the October 31, 2026 deadline, paving the way for the infrastructure company to focus on operational revival, selective project acquisition, cost controls and working-capital management. The company, which had faced financial distress due to heavy debt and asset-liability mismatches, said it had implemented the court-sanctioned Scheme of Compromise, resolving its entire outstanding debt of approximately ₹2,200 crore. In the final phase, the company paid around ₹180 crore to its three remaining lenders — State Bank of India (SBI), Punjab National Bank (PNB) and Union Bank of India (UBI). With the latest payments, all 14 financial creditors have been settled. While 11 creditors had received their settlements and released their charges earlier, the remaining three have now been paid in full.“Following implementation, the company received full and final No Dues Certificates from the respective creditors, confirming closure of their settled claims under the Scheme,” the company said.Siddharth Jain, Chief Financial Officer, Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd, said, “This settlement reflects our commitment to supporting lender recovery and creating a stronger foundation for the company’s revival.”“We believe that with promoter confidence and a commitment to execution, businesses facing significant financial challenges can rebuild their strength.
