Discovery just revealed what he really thinks of the upcoming Superman sequel, Man of Tomorrow. During WBD's most recent earnings call, David Zaslav said (via The Wrap) that he saw some photos from Man of Tomorrow "that looked amazing...It looks fantastic. We're super excited about it." It was James Gunn's birthday on Wednesday, August 5, and the filmmaker was on set working 16 to 18 hours, according to the CEO. Zaslav also hyped up Matt Reeves' The Batman: Part II, James Watkins' Clayface and the HBO series Lanterns, adding that the upcoming DC lineup "feels very good, and we have a robust pipeline, and [DC Studios CEOs] Peter [Safran] and James are hard at work."
