Cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic (CKM) syndrome is prevalent among young adults and is associated with greater signs of early artery damage, according to a study published in Circulation: Population Health and Outcomes. Nearly 80% of participants had CKM syndrome stages 1 to 3, which were linked to worse cardiovascular health.
