As a condition of his bail, a 20-year-old general worker must stay away from the complainant in his case until the matter is resolved. Damane Andre Carter of Clarkes Road, Free Hill, Black Rock, St Michael, was not required to plead to charges of having sexual intercourse with a minor on July 18 and again on July 30, with the purported consent of the minor, who was under the age of 16. Magistrate Manila Renee released him on $7 500 bail with surety after no objections were raised. Carter, who is represented by Senior Counsel Angella Mitchell-Gittens, will return to the No. 2 District ‘A’ Magistrates Court on November 26. (JB)
