Sick Of Not Being Able To Do Every Star Wars Zero Company Mission? PC Players Are Already Removing The Timer Published Sep 7, 2026, 10:30 AM EDT Sign in to your TheGamer account Star Wars Zero Company doesn't let you complete every mission and operation in a single playthrough. Every time you complete a mission, a cycle passes, and every task you're given is on a cycle timer. If you run out of time to do it, the objective becomes unavailable, so you have to spend your time wisely. The game is obviously designed around this, and you're not expected to have the most optimal run of the game on your first try. However, you even have to put up with the timer on re-runs, despite fan calls to add an infinite mode as part of new game plus. I'm on my second run now, and I'm still struggling to do everything I missed the first time around. That's where this new mod comes in. Mission and Campaign Time Control from Nexus Mods user Caites lets you do what you want with your missions, taking them at your own pace, or even skipping them entirely. It removes time from the equation completely, and it sounds like the perfect way to enjoy subsequent playthroughs. Pause The Timer And See Everything Star Wars Zero Company Has To Offer With This Mod There are two main features to the mod. The first is the "mission auto-winner", which lets you automatically complete a mission with the press of a button. This is recommended for second playthroughs if you're sick of going through all the mandatory main missions and want to speed along to the side content. Then, there's the "time control" feature. This lets you pause and resume time, letting you stop a cycle from passing before a mission - or even speed it up. Some tasks do involve waiting a cycle to progress, so there are some benefits to fast-forwarding. Just to make extra saves, since this is all experimental. The mod already has over 1,600 downloads, so it's clear that fans are after some kind of way to customise their experience, at least on subsequent playthroughs. Right now, we haven't heard anything about what kind of post-launch content we're getting. In fact, we don't even know how many devs have come back after getting furloughed before launch, and hopefully, that is Bit Reactor's priority before anything else.
