"To boldly go where no one has gone before" is an iconic phrase from the sci-fi property, and it very much applies to Star Trek: Strange New Worlds because the creative team hasn't been shy about experimenting in ways the franchise has never seen before, including a musical episode, a crossover with animated series Lower Decks and a puppet episode. However, there's only one more season left for Strange New Worlds, as the series' timeline gets closer to the events of Star Trek: The Original Series. In an interview with Inverse, executive producers Henry Alonso Myers and Akiva Goldsman revealed that the final six episodes will align with the typical format that Star Trek is used to.
