Star Trek Reveals Captain Kirk's Battle-Damaged Redesign Today's Star Trek: The Last Starship #10 - from Jackson Lanzing, Collin Kelly, Adrián Bonilla, Lee Loughridge and Clayton Cowles - jumps forward twenty-five years, revealing a battered Kirk as captain of the U.S.S. Omega. After over two decades fighting the Emerald Chain, Kirk has sustained significant damage, losing some of his human appearance which is replaced by the Borg-tech used to clone him back to life.
