TYSON FURY has sensationally claimed his long-awaited fight with Anthony Joshua is OFF – before calling for a trilogy with Oleksandr Usyk. The Gypsy King launched another furious attack on AJ in a social media video as the Battle of Britain continues to be hit by contract and venue rows. The ball is now in your court, Oleksandr.” He added: “Do you want to fight me this year, 2026, or are you calling it quits? Let me know, because I’m now looking for a new opponent.” Fury’s bombshell comes despite Joshua and the former WBC champion both having signed contracts for their blockbuster showdown, with November 20 previously targeted. But a huge row over the venue has threatened to derail the fight, with AJ’s deal calling for the bout to take place in Britain while Madison Square Garden in New York had emerged as the preferred destination for organisers. Wembley was put back on the table this week, with Eddie Hearn revealing talks had reopened over staging the fight in London – potentially with an early morning start to suit the American audience. Hearn has also insisted Joshua, 36, wants the fight and has accused TKO of interfering in negotiations after a direct offer was reportedly made to AJ for a New York showdown.
