PORTLAND, Ore. — A federal court in Oregon dismissed the proposed class action brought by three buyers of On athletic shoes, which allegedly cause “a loud, embarrassing, and difficult to stop squeaking sound.” The consumers say the manufacturer excluded this defect from its warranty and intentionally failed to warn buyers of the squeaking problem in an act that amounts to a material misrepresentation.
