California: SpaceX on Monday launched 27 Starlink internet satellites into low Earth orbit.The Falcon 9 rocket lifted off from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California and successfully deployed the satellites into orbit, the company said in a statement. The rocket's first stage landed successfully on a drone ship in the Pacific Ocean, marking the 19th flight for the B1088 booster.The mission was the 80th dedicated to deploying Starlink satellites and the 103rd Falcon 9 flight this year, aimed at providing high-speed internet and broadband connectivity.Starlink missions are now set to be limited to Vandenberg, after the company recently suspended launches from Florida's Space Coast until its giant Starship rocket — designed to carry next-generation satellites with greater capacity — becomes operational.
