'South Park' trolls Trump again with nude cameo in season premiere retitled 'South America'
"South Park" returned to Comedy Central with a new theme song, a new title sequence and, for the time being, a new name, "South America," lampooning Trump renaming Lake Ontario as "Lake America." The show's revamped opening sequence features a naked caricature of Trump rubbing an American flag between his legs.
