South Park Changes Name to South America

In an explosion of patriotism — like an American flag unfurling, waving in the wind, and then jerking off to an even bigger American flag — South Park has changed its name to South America. The move comes after President Donald Trump’s order to change the name of Lake Ontario to Lake America, following the collapse of trade talks between the two former allied countries. Apple Maps and Google Maps have complied. “Inspired by the bravery and patriotism of Apple and Google, we are changing the name of South Park to SOUTH AMERICA,” the show’s creators wrote in a statement. “We especially want to thank our parent company Paramount — a Skydance Capitulation.” The creative partnership between Trump and South Park has been fruitful, if a bit one-sided. Over the weekend South Park won an Emmy for its new season portraying the president — an honor they shared with Trump (at least on social media).
