South Euclid council approves change for Trebisky Grove development from townhomes to single-family
South Euclid City Council agreed Monday to amend a conditional use permit for the proposed Trebisky Grove housing development off Trebisky Road. Trebisky Grove was to have been made up of 32 side-by-side townhomes for a total of 64 dwelling units. It has been changed to a 30-single-femily home development.
