A’Rustaq: Nama Electricity Distribution Company is implementing a number of electricity development projects in South Al Batinah Governorate to the tune of more than OMR16.77 million.The projects aim to enhance the stability of the electricity grid, increase energy reserve capacity and operational flexibility, minimise losses and ensure compliance with grid safety standards across the governorate’s wilayats. The company said that the new projects constitute part of its plans to bolster grid reliability and keep pace with the ongoing urban and economic growth in South Al Batinah.
