The backlash in the UK was so intense, it became untenable to go forward. This does not bode well for Meghan’s acting comeback in the UK.”However! The Sun now reports that Meghan is still in talks to star in The Gentlemen, with a source saying, “Her return to acting is expected to draw a large audience of both her supporters and critics, and is likely to make a lot of money. It will be seen as a major coup for whoever signs her.”If Meghan does sign onto season 3 of the show, apparently her contract “would be worth over £1million.” So far, she hasn’t said anything about rumors of her being cast and/or “dropped” from the series, and The Gentlemen hasn’t even been renewed as of yet, but stay tuned!
