Probably not, right? Well, that hasn't stopped Reddit user choke527 from making that happen. The mod pulls up an entire Jellyfin server, including even movie and TV show thumbnails, allowing players to watch content together on a big virtual screen directly in Minecraft. While it sounds a bit silly, it's actually kind of cool when you see it in action, and I can see this being a fun way to watch movies with friends and family remotely. The mod is already pretty customizable New features are on the way, too Credit: choke527 / Reddit There are different-sized virtual televisions available in the mod, including a 3 x 2 Compact Television, a 6 x 4 Wall Television, an 8 x 4 Ultrawide monitor, and even a massive 16 x 7 Curved Cinema Screen. Each type of display has a specific audio range associated with it, so if you're using the sprawling Curved Cinema Screen, you'll hear it from farther away choke527 says that all the TVs are craftable and that they appear in the pixelReel creative tab. There's also the option to craft Pixel Glasses, which let you view a full-screen overlay of a nearby playing screen. choke527 says that they plan to add subtitles and that they still have "a bunch to do" with the mod, so it seems like new features are on the way, including admin controls, personalized screens, a movie scheduler feature, YouTube and streaming platform integration, and movie/TV posters you can place around the in-game world.
