ANGELES CITY — Some roads here have become impassable to light vehicles on Friday due to floods caused by heavy rains. The Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (ACDRRMO) said these inundated roads include Sto. Entierro, the lower portions of the Cutcut Flyover, Sto.
