But then you remember Leaham Claydon and Jianne Jeoung worked in leadership roles across both Greca and Yoko at Howard Smith Wharves – all that experience reduced down to a couple of timber counters and a simple bench-top cooking set-up has created something truly special. Snug’s prawn omurice is one of the best breakfast dishes in town.Good to know: Jeong and Claydon also own and operate Jane’s Deli and Bar Cooper’s next door.
