The Indian opener went past New Zealand's Suzie Bates and reached the landmark during the Asian Games women's cricket semi-final between India and Bangladesh.Mandhana needed just seven runs to go past Bates and she did that in the third over with a sensational boundary as India got off to a flying start in the contest. The Indian vice-captain came into the Asian Games after a sensational Asia Cup campaign, where she was the second-highest run-getter in the tournament. Mandhana scored 213 runs and hit a hundred against Hong Kong China, during the course of which she became the highest run-getter in the history of women's cricket.
