Sammy Smith snapped a 53-race winless streak in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Saturday with a dramatic last-lap pass to claim victory in The Progress Group 250, becoming the first non-Cup Series driver to sweep both the Truck and O’Reilly Series races at a track since the late Greg Biffle in 2001.
