SITE Opens Registration for 2026 Annual Conference: “SITE Gets Weird”

AUSTIN, Texas – September 22, 2026. The Society of Insurance Trainers & Educators will bring insurance learning professionals together in Austin, Texas, November 18–19, 2026, for the 2026 SITE Annual Conference, SITE Gets Weird. Hosted at the JW Marriott in Austin, this year’s conference invites insurance trainers, educators, learning leaders, instructional designers, and professional development teams to step outside traditional conference expectations and explore bold, creative, and practical approaches to learning in a rapidly changing industry. “SITE Gets Weird is more than a theme,” said Gregg Golson, SITE Director of Conference. “It is an invitation for insurance learning professionals to challenge assumptions, experiment with new ideas, and reimagine how the training team can serve their organizations and learners.” The 2026 conference will feature workshops, breakout sessions, InSITE Express Talks, and a unique keynote session in a conference experience designed to be immersive, energetic, and unconventional. Attendees will also have opportunities to connect with peers who understand the unique challenges of training and development in the insurance industry. SITE membership is not required to attend this year’s conference. SITE is also partnering again with NASP, The Voice of Subrogation, for the 2026 conference event. In addition to the main conference, SITE will offer its Train the Trainer program as a hybrid learning experience connected to the annual conference.
