In fact, while Konami publishes the game, Annapurna Interactive co-publishes it, and the smaller studio Screen Burn Interactive delivered the sights and sounds of Townfall. Taking place in a small seaside town in Scotland rather than America (or Japan, with Silent Hill f), it offers up a completely different experience, and of course, there are some puzzles involved. One in particular, which tasks players with "Searching for Zoey," involves multiple steps, but one of them isn't meticulously cataloged on the map. Here's how to open the pharmacy locker and continue the campaign. How To Open The Locker A few hours into the game, you'll be asked to "search for Zoey," and it's a bit harder to figure out where to go than any of the puzzles or exploration elements offered up until that point. You'll need to find multiple objects, including one held in a locker in the pharmacy. While it seems like an optional quest that provides extra healing items or a bonus collectible, it's actually a required story component, so you'll need to finish it to keep playing. The only hint you'll get is your CRTV, which shows multiple objects located in the pharmacy. This puzzle is required to complete the story, so prioritize it if you're stuck and don't know where to go next. To solve this puzzle, watch the video from the beginning and identify each object in the pharmacy. While you can't see them clearly on the CRTV device, they are all in the same building off the main street near where you started. Each object (typically a poster) has a different number, and the order in which they appear matches the order of the combination on the lock. Here's the solution to the puzzle: 6 (there are six fingers present in the "washing my hands help protect me and you" poster, which is the first object shown on the TV) 5 (the number five is on the flier for "five steps for safer medicine") 3 (the scale picture for glucose and blood pressure shows a reading of three) 9 (the number of pills on the package, hinting at a story occurrence in the game) That's 6539. Once you enter the correct combination, the locker will swing open, and you'll continue with the main campaign of Silent Hill: Townfall. It's a tricky puzzle, but given how infrequent these types of esoteric hints are, it's also one of the toughest (and easy to solve if you know where to look). Where To Bring The Prescription Dosage Error Note After successfully unlocking the locker, you'll find the Prescription Dosage Error Note inside. This is one of the key puzzle entries Zoey mentioned in her clinic clue. Head back to the clinic and place the items on the scales in the right order: The stethoscope goes to the left (listening) The Prescription Dosage Error Note goes in the middle (mistake) Zoe's Lanyard goes on the right scale Once that's done, you'll continue on to the next section of Silent Hill: Townfall.
