Sienna Blake stages controversial Hollyoaks return amid huge Clare Devine bombshell

Sienna Blake makes quite the impression upon her return! (Picture: Lime Pictures / Metro / Stephen Patterson) Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) stages her long-awaited return to Hollyoaks and it’s not long before she’s back where she belongs – right in the centre of all the drama! The controversial character was jailed in May after she tormented ex Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin), who she had attempted to frame for the ‘death’ of Clare Devine (Gemma Bissix). Sienna, as viewers know, was the one who pushed nemesis Clare from a pier side. When quizzed on who was to blame, she proceeded to tell various villagers two different stories. And the one thing both tales had in common was that she was the innocent party. To Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas), Sienna claimed that their daughter Sophie had pushed Clare into a watery grave. When quizzed about Clare’s demise by Cleo, she gaslit her own girlfriend into thinking she committed the crime. Cleo, however, started to work out that Sienna was manipulating her and thus urged her to come clean, which resulted in Sienna holding her prisoner in her killer dad’s allotment. It became clear that Sienna, who had spent years trying to make up for past sins, was on something of a downward spiral, which was kickstarted when she killed husband Ethan Williams (Matthew James Bailey). But after being jailed for her crimes, has a stint behind bars restored Sienna’s sense of right and wrong? We’ll just have to wait and see but after four months behind bars, she returns to the village, revealing the case against her has been dropped because the police failed to locate Clare Devine’s body.
