ANDY Burnham has declared there won’t be a general election before 2029 insisting “people don’t want it”. The PM nabbed the job unopposed in a sneaky takeover from former Labour leader Keir Starmer. In his first major interview as PM he stubbornly ruled out an early general election while speaking to the BBC‘s Laura Kuenssberg.
