Shoppers have just HOURS to grab supermarket’s £1 family meal deal – check all 29 items on offer

SHOPPERS only have a matter of hours to grab a major supermarket’s £1 family meal deal offer. With 29 items up for grabs, customers can stock up on lunchtime essentials and treat night favourites for a bargain price. As part of this Holidays Helpers offer, shoppers have been able to feed the family for just £1, with the new deal hoping to help parents save during the school holidays. Earlier this week, the supermarket offered two £1 meal deals – a pizza bundle including two pizzas and a side of chips, and a breakfast deal featuring a box of Kellogg’s cereal and a bottle of milk. However, from now until tomorrow, customers can grab a selection of lunchtime items that could save them up to £3.45. In exchange for a £1 coin, shoppers can buy one loaf of Iceland-branded bread, one pack of either Iceland‘s Wafer Roast Chicken or Cooked Ham, one snack and one drink. Snacks including McVitie’s Chocolate Digestive Minis and Mr Kipling Cookies & Cream Whirls are up for grabs, as well as a choice of Robinsons Squash flavours for drinks. Shoppers only have hours to secure the “Lunchtime for less” offer with the family meal deal ending as soon as shutters close tomorrow (August 20). To mark the end of the week, customers can also indulge in the “Treat night” deal, exclusively on Friday, August 21.
