Shona captioned the clip: ‘It was always you…’, finishing the caption with an infinity symbol, with Tony commenting: ‘You and Me Baby’. Their former co-star Cheryl Fergison left a lovely comment, saying: ‘Happy for you both take your hearts and run with it search your soul and be one’, to which Shona replied: ‘what a beautiful thing to say, thank you my friend xx’ and Tony responded with a love heart. The couple made their relationship official via a TikTok, in which Shona and Tony undertaking an accent challenge yesterday, which saw them eventually collapse into fits of laughter as they progressed through various lilts. One of the pictures in the post showed the two in the process of getting matching tattoos, which appear to be of a popped toaster, next to a pineapple and palm tree. As long-time EastEnders fans will undoubtedly recall, their on-screen characters, Whitney Dean and Tyler Moon were in a tumultuous relationship that was filled with cheating, trauma and drama, and eventually lead to Tyler’s departure from the show in 2014.
