Shin stutters to win in Scotland as players prepare for Women's Open

Jenny Shin stuttered over the line at the ISPS HANDA Women's Scottish Open to secure her first LPGA Tour title in a decade with England's defending champion Lottie Woad finishing tied-37th as players prepared for next week's AIG Women's Open.South Korean golfer Shin ended two strokes clear of compatriot A-Lim Kim on nine under par after bogeying two of her final three holes on Sunday to sign for a three-over 75, having begun round four with a five-shot advantage over Thailand's Pajaree Anannarukarn. The 33-year-old suffered three bogeys in a row from the sixth but her birdies at 10 and 12 proved crucial following her sluggish end to the round as Kim's four-under 68 came in vain at Dundonald Links. I didn't feel like I deserved it. It felt very accidental. But this one definitely feels a lot different, feels like I earned it. I worked hard for it."
