SHAMED MasterChef star Gregg Wallace has been slammed by fans after charging them £150 for fitness classes – and then not showing up. The chef – who stepped down from his role as co-host on the BBC show in November 2024 following multiple allegations of misconduct – first launched his health and lifestyle ShowMe.Fit platform in 2020. The website states: “Gregg Wallace’s Small Group Coaching brings together 9 people for weekly live sessions where Gregg helps you take control of your health, fitness, and lifestyle. “You’ll get a 1-hour group call with Gregg every week, daily accountability and motivation in a private WhatsApp group, plus full access to the GreggWallace.Health platform. “With guidance, shared encouragement, and the power of community, this programme gives you the tools, support, and confidence to create real, lasting change, whatever your goals.” Most read in TV Users are then given the chance to pick out of Wednesday at 7:30pm or Sunday at 11am. According to a Mail journalist who signed up, Gregg failed to show up for the monthly group coaching session and was never added to a Whatsapp group. They were later issued an apology via his spokesperson. The spokesperson told the publication: “I would like to apologise that this [1-2-1 coaching with Gregg] was still available as an option to purchase on the website. “This should have been removed as we no longer offer this service on GreggWallace.Health.” The option still appears on the website. Other users of GreggWallace.Health have taken to Trip Advisor to share their complaints. One said: “Dreadful experience, wouldn’t recommend at all. No app, had the first year for the offer price, then no notification just doubled the cost the following year, there are so many better sites to choose.” Another wrote: “I cancelled my subscription and still the annual payment came out of my bank. Customer services just kept repeating I hadn’t cancelled it and I could not have my money back.” “Absolutely sick of this company. Cancelled a 6 monthly repeat unauthorised subscription 6 months ago, after many hours chasing emails managed to get a refund on the condition that I removed any negative reviews!,” a third added.
