In an Instagram clip posted by Wallace and the new brand — called Austin’s Dad — millionaire McIlroy says he wants “to employ hundreds of thousands of men aged between 18 to 25”. Wallace has been promoting the venture on his social media. He was fired from BBC’s MasterChef last year over “inappropriate sexual language and humour” claims. McIlroy said: “If I did employ 18-25 year old woman and I was on a weekend trip with a load of them and a 23 year old girl said I did something wrong and was inappropriate-are you telling me you would genuinely have complete impartiality? “You wouldn’t have any mental biase at all towards the woman? Now maybe you are absolutely amazing and you wouldn’t. But you have to see my concerns?
