Seymour Plan For Disease Prevention

At the conference of State and Provincial Authorities of North America held in Atlantic City in May, Dr. M. M. Seymour, deputy minister of public health of Saskatchewan and president of the conference, proposed a plan for “drives” against diphtheria, smallpox and typhoid.
