Israeli settlers, backed by Israeli forces, shot at and injured two Palestinians and beat up eight others during an attack in the al-Ras area of Hebron city on Sunday, Wafa reported. One of the shooting victims, a 60-year-old man, was shot in the back and hand. A second man, aged 46, was also shot before being detained by Israeli forces. The Red Crescent said a 66-year-old woman was among the eight Palestinians who were injured after being beaten during the attack on the al-Jaabari neighborhood in the al-Ras area. Wafa reported that Israeli authorities early Sunday issued eviction order targeting homes of three Palestinians in the occupied Jerusalem. Meanwhile, five Palestinians were detained during raids on the villages of al-Maniya and Kisan, east of Bethlehem.
