Sesame Street Recruits Post Malone For Storm Special, Releases Chappell Roan Potty Parody

Post Malone is the latest musical artist to visit Sesame Street. The rapper-turnt-country singer and comedian Michelle Buteau will appear in Storm On Sesame Street, a new special premiering this Monday, Aug. 3 on Netflix and PBS Kids, Billboard reports. The special reportedly follows Elmo, Abby Cadabby, and their neighbors as they prepare for a major storm and clean up in its aftermath.In a preview clip available now, Posty sings "A Little Help," a song about working together to deal with the mess. If you miss Post Malone's pre-country era, this won't necessarily take you back, but there's a whiff of familiarity to it. The hook really does sound like a more kid-friendly version of something he'd sing on one of his own records. Watch below.Meanwhile, on Sunday Sesame Workshop released a pop parodies album called Parody Party, which includes tweaks on recent hits such as Bruno Mars' "I Just Might" ("Take A Bite"), RAYE's "Where Is My Husband!" ("Where Is My Lovie?"), and "Golden" from KPop Demon Hunters ("Go For The Gold"). It also takes on some 2010s tunes including Icona Pop's "I Love It" ("Me Want It (But Me Wait)"), Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off" (the recycling-themed "Sort It All"), and Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" ("Share It Maybe").Most relevant for Noah Kahan fans will be "Got To Go," a parody of Chappell Roan's "Hot To Go" about listening to your body and heading to the restroom when nature calls.
