‘Serious attempts to start negotiations’ between Kyiv and Moscow, former Ukrainian minister says

However, the former minister said Russia’s position “has not really changed since the February talks”. Russia's demands, including limiting the size of Ukraine’s army and recognising occupied territory, are “not feasible” for Ukraine as they would “contradict the Constitution”. “That’s a travesty and no Ukrainian will ever accept that,” Mylovanov said.
