Self-proclaimed ‘cougar’ Teddi Mellencamp, 45, hard-launches new boyfriend PJ ‘Valley Guy’ Conley, 31

Teddi Mellencamp dubbed herself a “cougar” while hard-launching her new romance on Tuesday. “First he met a cougar. Then he met The Cougs,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum captioned an Instagram slideshow, which kicked off with a video of herself and “#valleyguy” at her dad John Mellencamp’s Hollywood Bowl concert. The Bravolebrity, 45, tagged 31-year-old PJ Conley in the social media upload, as well as her “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast, where she has been teasing the romance. He was just like, ‘Hi, nice to meet you, blah, blah, blah.’ I kept it moving.” The next day, the 74-year-old rocker asked his daughter, “You gonna try to tell me that wasn’t your guy you introduced me to?” Teddi has been referencing Conley by his nickname on her podcast for months — and she clarified where “Valley Guy” comes from on Wednesday. “He’s not from this valley, but his hometown has a valley in it, so it still counts,” she said of the financial analyst, whose LinkedIn states he graduated from Utah Valley University in 2020. Teddi, who is currently in remission from her stage 4 cancer fight, was last linked to producer Ricci Rea in 2025 — and vehemently defended her decision to date while battling a terminal illness. The “Masked Singer” alum told haters last year that her doctor wanted her to be “having fun and trying to laugh.” Before Rea, she allegedly had an affair with her married horse trainer, Simon Schroeder, in 2024, the same year her separation from Arroyave, 49, went public.
