Secret sex videos fuel VAWA suit

CHICAGO — An Illinois federal court ruled a woman may pursue most of her claims against her former boyfriend after he allegedly secretly recorded and shared intimate videos of her, including an instance where he sexually assaulted her, without her consent over several years.
