According to Bureau of Prisons (BOP) records viewed by Page Six, the “Act Bad” rapper — who was originally supposed to be released from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey on Jan. 21, 2028 — will now be a free man on March 2, 2028. Sources claim Combs uses the phone to “scroll Instagram and scan nude and sexually explicit photos that an old girlfriend sends him.” The outlet also obtained a video of Combs using a contraband phone. In a statement to Page Six, Combs’ rep said, “The continued scrutiny of every mundane detail of Sean Combs’s life in prison has reached the point where the media characterizes ordinary prison life as news. “The only real news is that Sean continues to serve his sentence within the rules and he patiently awaits the court’s decision on his appeal,” the spokesperson added. Last July, Combs (seen above in a mugshot) was convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution.
