The truth is that there are a limited number of Amex cards with good spending multipliers on hotels. That’s why I think it’s worth pointing out that it’s typically not an issue to split payment methods at check-out, when staying at a hotel. So you could use an Amex card on which you have the Amex Offers deal for $250, and then put the remaining amount on a card that has a better rewards structure for hotel spending.
