Saratoga Springs Police chief details months of planning for Belmont Stakes Racing Festival

Saratoga Springs Police say months of planning with local, state and federal partners are focused on keeping this week’s Belmont Stakes Racing Festival safe. Saratoga Springs Police Chief Tyler McIntosh said planning started several months ago and was led by the Saratoga Springs Police Department team.
