Sanitation worker stabbed to death in Delhi, CCTV captures attack

A 27-year-old sanitation worker was stabbed to death in broad daylight while he was on duty in Delhi’s Kalyanpuri on Sunday morning. The attack was captured on a nearby CCTV camera.The victim, identified as Anil, worked as a sanitation worker with Metro Waste, an authorised waste collection company engaged by the municipal corporation. He was assigned to a tipper used for door-to-door garbage collection.The CCTV footage shows the accused walking towards Anil and attacking him with a knife, stabbing him in the neck and chest. The accused is seen repeatedly stabbing Anil before walking away from the spot.
