Sandiganbayan issues arrest warrant for plunder vs Jinggoy Estrada
MANILA, Philippines — The Sandiganbayan Fifth Division on Monday issued an arrest warrant against Sen. Jinggoy Estrada for a non-bailable plunder and graft case.
