Saints agree to sign LB Deion Jones

Deion Jones is completing the cycle.Jones has agreed to sign with the Saints, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, which means he will have played for all four teams in the NFC South.A second-round pick in 2016, Jones starts this career with the Falcons, playing six seasons for the club before heading to Cleveland in 2022. He then played for the Panthers in 2023 before spending the last two seasons with the Buccaneers.Jones is not only completing the NFC South cycle, but he’s also coming home. A New Orleans native, Jones also played his college ball at LSU.In his 128 career games with 91 starts, Jones has tallied 12.0 sacks, 50 tackles for loss, 24 QB hits, 13 interceptions, and 53 passes defensed.
