My condolences to the families,” Raikovych wrote. Five injured people were receiving treatment at city medical facilities, while another refused hospitalization. The Russian assault struck multiple locations across the region, including residential areas and transport infrastructure. According to Raikovych, one transport enterprise in Kropyvnytskyi district was hit, while private homes were damaged elsewhere in the district. In Kropyvnytskyi itself, a strike hit the grounds of a multi-story residential building, shattering windows and damaging parked vehicles. A private house and a vehicle were also damaged in the Oleksandriia district. No casualties were initially reported at those locations. As the assault continued, Raikovych warned that logistics, transport and industrial enterprises were coming under attack. “Kirovohrad region and the regional capital are still under a massive enemy attack,” he wrote, urging residents not to publish information about the strikes online and to remain in shelters.
