He later said Russian forces were continuing to strike the capital with ballistic missiles and warned that the threat of further attacks remained. Fires were reported in the Sviatoshynskyi and Obolonskyi districts after falling debris struck non-residential areas. Another blaze broke out at a garage cooperative in Sviatoshynskyi district, according to the mayor. Klitschko later said one man had been killed and two people injured in the attack. One of the wounded was hospitalized, while the second received outpatient treatment. Air defenses continued operating over the capital against Russian drones after the ballistic strikes, Klitschko said. In the Holosiivskyi district, falling drone debris ignited grass, though emergency crews later localized the fire.
